Adequate ventilation in new buildings is often difficult with buildings being effectively sealed from the outside air, the Toshiba VN-M250HE ventilation and heat recovery unit is an effective solution in providing a fresh air input. The heat exchanger recovers over 80% of the exhaust air heat and gives it to the incoming fresh air supply, meaning these units are extremely energy efficient in use.
